The dining area has seating for 8 guests plus kitchen island seating for 4 guests. The upper deck has lots of cozy seating plus a gas BBQ grill and a Trager smoker too. The downstair back deck has a newer 7-seat private hot tub and additional 4-seat table with fire ring. There is a large 2-car garage and 2 smaller parking spaces in front.
