If you are visiting during the summer, you’ll be close to the Deer Valley summer concert venue, hiking and mountain biking trails. This property is also located on the Park City free shuttle bus route for easy access to Park City’s Historic Main Street, Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction.
This condo offers 1,437 square feet, two bedrooms, three bathrooms and plenty of room to easily sleep up to six guests.
You will enter the 2nd floor property via the elevator from the communal garage. Stepping into the main living area, you’ll find the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: This room offers contemporary style furnishing including a spacious sectional, a 60” Smart TV with cable, a warm gas fireplace and lots of windows to bring in the gorgeous Deer Valley Resort views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner electric range, granite countertops, and bar seating for three.
Dining Room: This dining area offers a table with seating for six, plus access to the deck where you’ll find the private hot tub.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom—King size bed, 43” LG TV with a Fire Stick and cable programming, a cozy gas fireplace, and a private bath with a jetted tub/shower combo. You will have an interior and separate exterior entrance into the master bedroom, along with a private deck.
Bedroom 2 — Two double beds, 32” TV with cable, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Additional full shared bathroom with shower.
