Park City Bear Hollow 1404 is the perfect home for you next vacation, any time of year. It is located in the Bear Hollow community, right next to the Utah Olympic Park. This beautiful home is also a short walk to Redstone Village in Kimball Junction, putting you close to shopping, grocery, restaurants, and more! It is also a short walk to the free shuttle route that can take you around town including Old Town, Deer Valley and Main Street.
This home has 1,321 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all to easily accommodate up to 10 guests.
You’ll enter the home via the front door, stepping right into the great room holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area.
Living Room: This room boasts a plush sofa, leather armchairs, 43” Samsung TV/Blu-ray DVD, and a cozy gas fireplace. The adjacent private balcony offers outdoor seating and plenty of views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a four-burner gas range, and gorgeous stone counters. There’s also seating for four at the kitchen bar.
Dining Area: Seating for up to eight guests.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master suite — Queen size bed, 32” Samsung TV, walk-in closet, private bathroom with double sinks, jetted tub and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 – Full bed, access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo
Bedroom 3/bunkroom — Two twin-over-full bunk beds, and access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Community Amenities:
There are many Bear Hollow community amenities to enjoy, including a clubhouse with a well-equipped fitness center and a hot tub that is open year-round, along with a community pool open in the summer season.
*PLEASE NOTE: The pool and hot tub will be closed June 14-17 for maintenance work. It will reopen on Saturday, June 18th.
