You can enter the home through either the garage or via the front door. You will step right into the main level great room with the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: Cozy leather furnishings including queen size sleeper sofa, a warm gas fireplace, and a 50” LGH Smart TV. The adjacent patio has outdoor furnishings and a BBQ grill, and is a great place to take in the views.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and offers stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and a center island with seating for three. The plentiful counter space makes meal prep and entertaining easy. Extra added amenity in kitchen is a universal charging station. Seven devices can be charged at once!
Dining Area: Seating for up to eight guests at the gorgeous table with comfortable cushion chairs.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master suite (upper level) — Queen size bed, 50” LG Smart TV with cable, the private bathroom has double sinks, a relaxing soaking tub, and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 (upper level) – Queen bed, 50” LG Smart TV with cable programming, and access to the full bath with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3/Bunk room (upper level) — Twin over queen bunk beds, Smart TV, and full bath access.
Community Amenities:
Enjoy the many Bear Hollow community amenities that include a clubhouse with an indoor TV and lounge area, a fully equipped fitness center and a large hot tub open year-round, along with a community pool open in the summer season. Other seasonal amenities include a putting green, basketball court and soccer field.
*PLEASE NOTE: The pool and hot tub will be closed June 14-17 for maintenance work. It will reopen on Saturday, June 18th.
