This spacious property offers three levels of luxury living within 2,250 square feet. Complete with five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, this home can easily accommodate up to 11 guests in true comfort.
Upon entering the property, through the garage or via the front door, you take a few steps up to the main level great room with tile flooring throughout. This spectacular area holds the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: This room boasts big and cozy mountain furnishings including a sectional sofa and chair with ottoman, a gas fireplace, and a 55” Smart TV with cable programming.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a gas stovetop and double ovens, a center island with seating for four, and plenty of granite counter space for meal prep and entertaining. Step out onto the adjacent deck where you will find a private 6-8 persona hot tub, patio seating and a natural gas BBQ.
Dining Area: Seating for up to eight guests at the gorgeous table and comfortable cushion chairs.

Master suite (upper level) — King size bed, 43” Smart TV with cable, private bathroom offering double sinks, a soothing jetted tub, and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 (upper level) – King bed, 32” Smart TV with cable, and full bath access.
Bedroom 3/Bunk room (upper level) — Twin over queen bunk beds, flat screen TV with cable, and full bath access.
Bedroom 4/Bunk room (upper level) — Twin over twin bunk beds, flat screen TV with cable, and full bath access.
Full shared bath (upper level) - Offers a granite counter sink and a tub/shower combo
Bedroom 5 (lower level) — Queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, flat screen TV with cable, and private bathroom with a shower

Community Amenities:
The Bear Hollow community offers a range of wonderful amenities, including a clubhouse with an indoor TV and lounge area, a fully equipped fitness center and a large hot tub open year-round, along with a community pool open in the summer season. Other seasonal amenities include a putting green, basketball court and soccer field.
*PLEASE NOTE: The pool and hot tub will be closed June 14-17 for maintenance work. It will reopen on Saturday, June 18th.
