Park City Red Pine Chalet is the perfect choice for your next getaway. The centrally located Red Pine community puts you very close to all of the activities The Canyons Village has too offer, including skiing, golf, shopping, and dining. You will be within walking distance to the Cabriolet that takes to directly too the base of the mountain, as well as the Canyons Transit Hub. This home is also part of the Canyons Connect Free Shuttle Service; this complimentary ride service is available within Canyons Village at Park City Mountain during winter operating dates. This service is app-based and available on-demand.
This two-level property offers 1,775 square feet, three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, plus an additional sleeping space located in the work area off the kitchen. This spacious and beautiful condo can sleep up to 13 guests in comfort.
Living Room: This room boasts contemporary style furnishings including a spacious sectional, a cozy gas fireplace, and a 50” TV. The ample amount of windows provide plenty of natural light. Step out onto the back patio where you’ll find patio furnishings for two.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and bar seating for three. There’s a convenient office/work area next to the kitchen with a desk and a convertible twin bed chair.
Dining Area: The dining area has seating for four.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master bedroom (upper level) — King size bed, vaulted ceilings, cozy gas fireplace, 40” TV, convertible twin bed chair. The en suite bathroom offers stunning amenities including a tub/shower combo, and dual sinks.
Bedroom 2 (lower level) – Two queen size beds, 32” TV, and access to the full bath with a large tiled shower combo, and dual sinks.
Bedroom 3/bunk room (lower level) — Two twin over twin bunk beds, 32” TV, en suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 4 (Main Level) - Lofted Twin Bed, work desk and TV. Located off the kitchen with access to main level half bath.
Community Amenities:
The community amenities include seasonal pool, hot tub and a clubhouse with a sauna. There are also tennis courts and volleyball courts to enjoy. ** For the 2022/2023 Winter Season, the last day the Clubhouse and amenities will be open is Sunday, April 23rd. It will close for shoulder season and re open for Memorial Day weekend. These dates are not determined by Park CIty Rental Properties and are subject to change.
Pets: Yes, one dog allowed with $250 non refundable pet fee. If you would like to travel with more than one dog you will need to contact our team for approval prior to booking
