Welcome to Deer Valley Yeti Lodge, a mountain retreat in the heart of lower Deer Valley. This end-unit townhome offers breathtaking mountain views and a convenient location, making it an ideal choice for your Park City getaway. Located just ½ mile from Deer Valley Ski Resort and 2.6 miles from Park City Mountain Resort, you easy access to all mountain activities. After a day on the slopes, explore Historic Main Street, only 1.4 miles away, with its abundance of shopping, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. The free shuttle bus stop, just steps away, provides quick access to all that Park City has to offer.
This two-level townhouse spans 1,275 square feet, offering a spacious and comfortable environment for your stay. It has 2 bedrooms (both with en suites), 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 5 guests.
Enter through the 1-car garage or front door and step into the main-level living area, flooded with natural light and offering lovely views of the ski resort.
Living Room: Mountain contemporary furnishings fill this room, featuring a sectional sofa and comfy chair, a gas-assist wood-burning fireplace, and a 55” Smart TV with cable for your entertainment.
Kitchen: The kitchen, open to the living room, has tile countertops and stainless steel appliances, including an electric range and a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. Fully equipped, it provides a seamless culinary experience.
Dining Area: Enjoy meals at the wood dining table, offering seating for 4 and bathed in natural light. Access the patio directly from the dining area.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom 1 (Upper Level) - Queen bed, 43” Sony TV with cable, and a walk-in closet. The private bathroom has a vanity and a separate tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level) - Two twin beds and a private balcony. The private bathroom is the same with a vanity and a separate tub/shower combo.
There is an additional memory foam twin rollaway bed, that is kept in the garage, for additional sleeping accommodations.
