From the community garage, you’ll take stairs or the elevator to the second level. Entering the condo, you’ll step into a hallway leading into the great room that holds the living room, kitchen and dining area — all accentuated with plenty of natural light and surrounding views.
Living Room: Offers a contemporary-style furnishings, including a leather sectional, 65” TLC Roku Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. Step out onto the adjacent balcony and enjoy the fresh mountain air with lake and mountain views.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel Viking appliances, quartz counters and a center island with convenient seating for two. It has all the appliances and utensils needed for those homemade meals.
Dining Room: The dining area has sofa-style and chair seating for six, and surrounding views.
