Park City Alpine Retreat is a charming home situated in Old Town right on Park Avenue. It is a 7-minute walk to Main Street and just steps to City Park and the Park City Library. The location is also 0.4 miles to Park City Mountain Resort or you can jump on the free bus (just about out the front door) and get there in minutes. This bus system can take you throughout the entire area including Deer Valley, Park City Canyons Village and Kimball Junction.
The updated home comprises 1,800 square feet over two levels and offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests.
Upon entering the property through the back door, you will find yourself main level great room, holding the living room, kitchen and dining area — all with hardwood flooring throughout.
Living Room: This room offers cozy mountain contemporary furnishings, a lovely corner gas fireplace, and a Smart TV and cable.
Kitchen: Fully appointed kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf gas range, updated finishes and counters, and a kitchen bar with seating for four.
Dining Area: Seating for up to eight guests at the table that includes chairs and bench seating.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom 1 (main level) — King size bed, Smart TV, and the private bathroom with two stone counter sinks, a soaking tub and a separate tile/glass shower.
Master Bedroom 2 (main level) - King size bed, TV and the private bathroom features a dual sink vanity and a large glass / tile shower. This room is located up just a few steps from the great room.
Bedroom 3 (lower level) — Double over Double and Twin over Twin Bunk Beds (new photos coming soon), access to the shared full bathroom on the main level with a tub/shower combo.
Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy the private front yard with a covered porch and fenced in yard. There is a private hot tub in the back and a lovely commununal area with seating, a BBQ grill, and a Green Egg grill.
Area: Behind the home is the City Park, with the skateboard park, baseball fields, children’s play area, and gazebo. And across the street is the Park City Library.
