The layout of this home includes a living room with mountain contemporary furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace and a 65" HD Smart TV with access to YouTube TV streaming. Don’t miss the expansive views from the large windows or the private deck off the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen has high-end finishes including granite countertops, Thermador stainless steel appliances, and all the utensils needed for the chef of the group to create his/her masterpieces. There is also kitchen bar seating for two and a dining area with seating for six.
Off the main level dining area, you will find a patio with a gas BBQ grill, outdoor seating and a soothing 4-person private hot tub. The setting is peaceful and secluded.
On the upper level of the home you will find the three bedrooms. The master has a king bed and a private bath with a separate shower and tub, along with dual vanity sinks. There is a gas fireplace, 50" HD Smart TV, and a private deck to enjoy the soaring views.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a 40" HD Smart TV, while the third bedroom has two twin beds, and a 32" HD Smart TV. These two bedrooms share access to a fully appointed bathroom with a shower.
