This upper-level condo spans 1,928 square feet and features a mountain design that embodies the rustic elegance of the area. There are three bedrooms, a loft, two and a half bathrooms and accommodates up to ten guests.

 

From the communal parking lot, follow the sidewalk to the exterior front door. Ascend the private, interior stairway to the condo’s entrance, leading into a convenient mud area and the main level living space with a vaulted ceiling.

 

Living Room:

The living room boasts a mountain-inspired design with ample natural light. It features a comfortable, queen sleeper, sectional sofa, a 43” Sharp TV with cable, and a DVD player. Guests can also step out onto the deck to enjoy the new private hot tub and picturesque mountain views.

 

Kitchen:

The modern kitchen is equipped with stylish stone countertops, a kitchen island, and stainless-steel appliances, including an electric range and a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. The kitchen island provides seating for seven, making it a perfect spot for casual dining or socializing.

 

Dining Area:

Adjacent to the kitchen and living room, the dining area features a unique triangular table with seating for six diners. The space is bathed in natural light, creating a pleasant ambiance for meals.

 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom (Main Level): The master bedroom features a king bed, a vaulted ceiling, a Sharp TV with cable, and a workspace bathed in natural light. The en suite bathroom includes a stone counter vanity and a tub/shower combo.

 

Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): This bedroom offers a king bed, a 19” TV with a fire stick, a private vanity with one sink, and a portable A/C unit. Guests have access to a Jack & Jill bath with a tub/shower combo.

 

Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Equipped with a queen bed, a 43” TV with a fire stick, and a private vanity, this bedroom also shares access to the Jack & Jill bathroom. For additional sleeping accommodations, there is a loft with two twin beds.

 

There is a half bath on the main level for added convenience.
