Take to the backcountry with a trip to the nearby Uinta Mountains. There are several guided tours available that will allow you to explore the gorgeous mountains and views.
If you want to really get your engine revved up, how about an exhilarating snowmobile adventure? You can explore the mountains and meadows atop a snowmobile — guaranteed to get your heart rate up. There are many snowmobile companies that will provide all the equipment you need, plus take you on a ride guided by professionals who have knowledge about all the great areas accessible by snowmobile.
If you’re looking for something a little old-fashioned, take to the hills with a horse-drawn sleigh ride. You can enjoy watching the scenery glide by as you are pulled by gorgeous horses. Many tours include a tasty dinner and entertainment for a wonderful experience.
If the whole family is looking for something a little different, check out the Jupiter Bowl in Kimball Junction. While you might be thinking that bowling just isn’t that exciting, you haven’t experienced the atmosphere at the Jupiter Bowl. This is an upscale, yet family oriented establishment that features not only bowling but also plenty of arcade games for everyone to enjoy. There’s also a great restaurant and bar, with everything from burgers to upscale fare.
